Jimmie Parten, PT, DPT

Jimmie has focused her practice as a physical therapist on pediatrics including developmental, genetic, orthopedic and neurological disorders. Additionally, she uses manual therapy techniques, targeted exercise, and patient education to treat a variety of adult conditions. Jimmie chose the field of physical therapy to improve others' quality of life and empower patients to reach their goals. Her educational background includes advanced manual therapy courses with an emphasis on spine dysfunction as well as treatment for chronic pain conditions.

"Physical Therapy is about doing all I can to improve a patient's physical health. Using advanced interventions for pain relief, motivating patients through carefully prescribed and meaningful exercise, and providing the best information to manage all aspects of health is my ultimate contribution to my patients."

Jimmie enjoys experiencing all that Flagstaff has to offer with her husband and their GSP pup! Although she was raised in South Carolina, she feels blessed to call Flagstaff home and can usually be found at the Farmer’s market, hiking, rock climbing, cooking new recipes, or serving at church.
