Peggy Mahon, PT, DPT

Peggy has been truly blessed to work in such diversity in the past 25 years. This body of work includes hospital acute care, skilled nursing facilities, neurological rehabilitation and, in the past 18 years, she has enjoyed specializing in outpatient orthopedics.

"I treat each patient as an individual and work closely with the patient to maximize their potential and to reach their goals."

Peggy has extensive experience in the rehabilitation of rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. She has a special interest in aquatic therapy and successfully launched a pool exercise program for patients with fibromyalgia.

"The pool provides a unique opportunity to further extend my practice and assist patients restricted in the ability to attend traditional land based setting."

A previous Girl Scout leader for several years, Peggy is committed to community service. Through her church as well as personal self-interests, Peggy has served and continues to volunteer at the Flagstaff Family Food Center and Northern Arizona Food Bank. Peggy enjoys exercise and one of her favorites is hiking one of the many gorgeous and challenging hiking trails here in Flagstaff with family and her Golden Retriever.
