Katherine Schneider, PT, DPT

Kathy is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals. Her love for outdoor activities and athletics has been her motivation to keep others active and moving without pain. Kathy uses a movement-based approach in conjunction with evidence-based practice and manual therapy techniques. She has been trained in the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) approach to movement rehabilitation. Kathy and her husband are so happy to have joined the Flagstaff community and are enjoying exploring the trails and all that Flagstaff has to offer.

Credentials:

  • Certified in the Gratson Technique – Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). The Gratson Technique enables clinicians to effectively address scar tissue and fascial restrictions and maintain optimal range of motion in their patients through comprehensive training and education.
